I would not normally do this but I have had a leave 1 star the items I purchased where sent out using collectPlus the. Who then used yodel to deliver it when I went to collect it they wouldn’t hand it over as I didn’t have a collection code when I asked her to contact yodel or collectPlus to find out the tracking code all she is telling me is that its be delivered I know its delivered but am unable to collect it .

If she sorts it out and finds out the collection code I am more then happy to delete this review very unhelpful
