Very Worn Heels

The real question is what haven't I've done in these heels not what I have but to start, I've worn these downtown, nights out, and just walking around kohls for hours, they've been worn used and seen every inch of 3 or 4 cities by foot. I've never cleaned or washed them before and there are plenty hot summer days/nights I walked around in these until I was drenched in sweat.
