He said to come up with a new gourmet pizza special to begin tonight. And what I came up with won after the taste test. This is called the Bianca nueve. I took inspiration from the one that I love. It starts with a pesto base tangy but smooth. Then asiago and fontina cheeses which are smooth and delicious. Then comes some texture with pistachios roasted and crumbled. These are her favorite nuts. Then I top it with imported mortadella. Light but full of flavor. Then as it bakes the mortadella crisps and curls to almost make a delicious cup. Then when it comes out I top it with truffle oil that pools inside of those cups. It is now the special for the rest of the month. I love my job.
