The day is winding down and my lady is hanging out for all to see

Oh what's this in my shirt pocket you ask? Maybe a pink hanky, maaaayyybe a PINK panty? 🤓😈 Off to work I go!

Was just sitting in my car enjoying the sunshine after getting back from my movie, chatting, a pair of elderly men walk up to me and complimented on my socks. As I thanked them, they said thanks also. Turns out they are a couple, met in the army a long time ago. We got to talking and they asked me if I had a boyfriend. When I said that I was straight one of the guys started crying and asked if he could give me a hug, explaining how he was just overcome with emotions from me being an ally. I started to cry and explained my reasons why inclusion and coexistence is so important to me. Hearing how they've never really had anyone back in the day to talk to, to have to live a double life, it was, to put it simply, hard. This is one of the reasons why I'm very proud to show my support and energy. The more in their face we are with the flags and the bright colors, the less others can deny everyone else's existence. You also show minority groups, people that are impoverished, or just people that are not yet out, that you are there as an ally, it make give them hope and strength. Sorry for the lengthy post.
