Did not have product that was agreed upon but would not give a refund, offered an alternative but then sent the wrong thing anyway. Wanted to charge me for a new item instead of replacing the incorrect item. Lacks common sense. I paid a lot of money only to not get what I paid for, chalking off the loss.
