Chatted about an order, agreed on an order, set up the order form, the buyer said they would pay the next night... 3 days passed with no payment so messaged the seller again. His response was that I was a bit late getting back to him and that he has no cash... The order form and agreed method of payment had been set up 3 days before, I was waiting for the payment.. seems to be a time waster!!! Will change the review if he sorts this out
