Wow. What a journey. One thing for sure, is that this Seller is determined and focused on satisfying the customer.
Transaction started off quite well. Seller even provided expedited shipping, Amazing!
Things began to unravel when the item arrived. When I opened the package I found what I believed to be three pairs of used but clean pantyhose with sprinkling of perfume (sound familiar?). I was not a Happy Camper. I immediately reached out to the Seller but got no answer. In frustration, I contacted ATW who then guided me through the complaint process. By the time that processes ended, I was able to reestablish contact with the Seller who then set about correcting the situation.
Through a series of emails we were able to brainstorm the situation and develop a plan that we hoped would lead to success (which included shoe, hose and wear pattern selection)
Three weeks later, with a total of six pairs of hose and three expedited shipments we are now at that the end of that final stage. My conclusion? We all tried to make the best of the situation and succeeded. While the final results may have fallen short of my initial expectations. I can only blame my self in that regards, A buyer such as myself should communicate better with the seller , from the start, in determining goals and expectations. Never assume anything. Carefully map out what can and cannot be accomplished with that transaction. “Three day” wear is a rough guideline not only based on time but also work schedule and biology (sweating).
This was the first physical item sale for the Seller and one of my first transactions here at ATW. Be patient and thoughtful when dealing with everyone on this site. In the end we are all trying to accomplish the same thing. Satisfying our Kink.
