Been waiting 3 weeks for my order , including a video, and been told " No need to be rude " for asking when I will receive, been told I will send tomorrow " " I have no wifi" and have still not even received the video I ordered, iv asked about a refund and been totally ignored despite being patient and polite . I appreciate people are busy but 3 weeks to send a video and post something is a piss take Im assuming the other reviews are fake as i have clearly just been scammed. would love to get this sorted asap but absolutely wont accept being robbed
