This is a vegan broccoli and cheeze, I use a z because it's not dairy. It's very simple-Blanched broccoli florets, a good sized handful, Violife Cheddar Shreds and a carton and a half of JustEggs mixed together cooked slightly in a pan to thicken then poured into a heavily greased pie tin so it doesn't stick, bake for about 30 minutes at 350 until firm, I shut it off and let it sit for a while just to make sure it's firm as JustEggs take longer to cook than real eggs.
