Attempting to kick start my gym journey after a year off of all things fitness.
Join me on my sweaty messy journey to get back into shape and find that perky ass of mine again.

From night shifts and gym sessions to walks on the beach and trekking through woods and maybe the occasional hike, etc. I shall try to keep you all entertained.

On my quiet days, you will most likely see some random pictures of me out and about. Some toes squished in mud, walking barefoot on the beach or in a field, or even with my twinkletoes up in the air.
