There was a good communication between us about my questions about the items I purchased from Kat 584 and she respond in decent amount of time. The items were also delivered as expected in the amount of time and the contents. She went above and beyond with packaging. She used special packaging materials that are not common and used special perfume which smells nice when I opened it. The contents were as I expected in the condition I wanted it.
