A week in the life of myself. I try to start every day with some self care. Yoga, meditation, & herbal tea (I always get to the herbal tea at least). Mondays I'm ready to see my students and ask how their weekend was. Tuesdays I am a well oiled machine in the classroom but also full of anxiety so I always make sure to go for a 3-5mile hike afterwards. Wednesdays, I usually treat myself to a coffee. Those afternoons are for artwork & a walk during sunset, weather permitting. Thursdays I get to raise my vibrations at yoga with my girls, followed by another hike! Fridays FLY by, I wash my car & if I don't have plans I also clean my house (always with loud music, wine & high heels. I'm short so I reach more that way 😂). Followed by night swimming. If I am busy, I'm usually hanging out with friends and/or traveling for the weekend. I LOVE to travel. I believe our purpose here is to HAVE experiences! Saturdays are generally none stop. Walk my beautiful pitbull, go to yoga, break my fast with something nutritious, & then I'm off! Either to make some memories with friends or to make some money at an event. (Yes, I'm an educator and I work part time at special events). Sundays are either for returning home or enjoying my place (which I LOVE). I cook for the week, play music, read, paint, go for walks, smudge my house, & always paint my nails. I am hard working, independent, compassionate, and open minded. My biggest W is finally learning to LOVE & truly enjoy my own company. Traveling, good food, nature/hiking/yoga, & having new experiences are a must for me. What are your must haves in life?
