I initially had a great experience and left a 5-star review. Sadly I'm in the same position as the previous reviewer, paid for a custom vid before Christmas, was told the content was uploaded but it has not been delivered and the order remains open. I've tried to talk to Lauraanne to resolve this without reviews and reports, sometimes life happens, but my messages are being ignored.

It's been nearly a month since I paid and she kept promising to send the content but never did. Won't reply to messages or admin.
