She’s not active and never sent the socks I bought two months ago.

I take no great pleasure in leaving a negative review, but it shouldn't take more than two months to receive a pair and the communication has been virtually nonexistent once money traded hands.

I placed my order with PennySunshine on January 3, 2023, paid on January 4th, and based on her profile posts, she went on vacation shortly thereafter. I'm not one to harangue sellers for status updates, but when I inquired three weeks later about the status of the pair I didn't hear anything. She finally responded to my message on February 10th with an apology and inquired whether I received the pair, along with a Canada Post tracking number; When inputted the tracking number, it indicated a shipping label had been created for that very same day, February 10th! I get it, we all have busy lives outside of the platform but completely forgetting about the pair, not communicating, and outright lying about having shipped it earlier really is poor. As of March 3, 2023 the pair is nowhere in sight and it seems Canada Post hasn't even received it on their end. As a result, I've contacted the admin here and would advise steering clear of this seller.
