The gray and pastel panty does have a very slight seam, but would be considered a no show and probably still considered a seamless as the seam is very VERY slight!

sizing: these are in my 'too big' drawer, so I am guessing an XL. The gray ones are marked a 1X but they do not look that large to me. The red and white could be a 1x quite possibly.
