Mismatched ankle socks that I have owned since High School, somewhere around 13 years of wear.
They get a lot of use in the summertime on the occasions where I have to wear socks and shoes (I like to be barefoot in the summer as much as possible). You can see the evidence of the years of wear on the soles of the socks as they've become very thin, to the point you can see my soles through them but they haven't developed holes. Right on the brink of being worn through!
