Received my parcel from Phoenix and Jessie,
Inside the two pairs of panties had not been individually wrapped nor were they protected from the grey plastic bag they were mailed in, this resulted in both pairs smelling of nothing but the plastic bag they arrived in.
This I was informed was my fault as I had not asked for them to be individually wrapped! and no-one else had ever complained! really!!
One pair had zero wear marks and without any kind of scent, a photo of them being worm was the only evidence they had been.
After complaining and being accused of rudeness (fair enough you add tone to messages yourself Phoenix I may have been sarcastic a few times but NOT rude) I was given one option return the panties at my cost for re-wear, I agreed to send them back so I requested 'INPOST' details and was told she was currently out and would send them to me later.

Something was bugging me so I re-read the messages and here is where she starts to twist the narrative, ignoring all previous conversations and inventing a reason for the level of wear. Apparently I had requested A TIME FRAME here's my reply warts and all

"Now I'm a bit triggered, but I am going to remain polite.
I need you to clarify "it was either wait till we were ovulating or get what you asked for in the timeframe you wanted them" comment, because and let me make this as clear as possible AT NO POINT did I ask for a certain time frame, I waited patiently until you contacted telling and gave me an idea of when the panties would be ready.
"We haven't forgotten you, you are next on our list, we had to do a 4 day wear but your next xx" and I replied polity thanking you.
The only time I asked for an update was when I enquired about your 5 day panties, and that was only because we were already in a conversation.
Never once did I receive an offer to wait for OVULATION, FYI I would have been over the moon and happy to wait.
Please DO NOT use a made up narrative to make me feel bad about the poor packaging and therefore state of these panties"

7 hours later still no reply but Phoenix had been on-line and finally posted "I will be unavailable for a week... see you all soon" and still no posting details.
One last email that night requesting if she is not available for the next week we need to sort out posting detail that night.

Nothing for 24 hours so I get The Admin Team to see if I can get a response because I was still unread.

4 Days later and I believe only because of the Admin Teams involvement I get a response "Yes I will send you details as son as I am back" no date and defiantly no clarification about the "TIME FRAME"

Further delay tactics? or no idea how to communicate?
Its more annoying to be fobbed of with a quick comment than being ignored, now the only option I will accept now is a refund, and I have been on these sites enough years to know that will never happen.

Its fair enough to say once the postman has the parcel its not the sellers fault what condition or even if it arrives, but they are responsible for ensuring that an item is worn as requested and paid for.
And packaged well before they post it.
I would like to say this is a first time I have received items from sellers and still felt scammed, But its not.

Other buyers have had good experiences with Phoenix although these all look like content not physical items in her reviews, and this may be just a blip.
I'm a fan of Jessie and have had some amazing items from her in the past, Phoenix was lovely to chat to but that went south very quicky as soon as I was not happy with my order.
