He made an order over 3 weeks ago and told me to leave it open and that he would message me in a week to pay. I have been following up with him weekly with no response and this was before his “relationship” status changed. if you set up an order then it should be paid and that person should be notified when I was completely ghosted.

agreed on an order for a custom video. asked me if he could pay in 7 days as he gets paid weekly. I agreed. On “pay day” I messaged and asked if he was still able to pay today and he said “he got paid but was less than he expected so it will have to wait” I then saw he had multiple new reviews/orders. But I waited until the following week, but still didn’t hear anything, so I asked if he would like me to cancel instead and he’s just ignored.

I would have been happy to just cancel even though it was annoying to have my time and energy wasted, however to not reply to my messages and still be doing orders with other sellers is just rude!
