Placed an order months ago, kept getting excuses about it, finally got half of it after leaving a review promised the rest of it was removed, now has disappeared

Initially very good and replied to messaged quickly however little to no reply after payment.

Started out good very chatty and lots of promises! Once paid dont hear from her ! Then after a week I get in contact as nothing delivered! Says no money can’t afford postage! Stay away ! I know she has some good reviews but my experience with her is very disappointing! Seems to take my money and disappear! Empty promises from her !
