Custom video paid order (for theme they listed) delayed for weeks. Then no response and not on ATW for the last 2 weeks. Reported to admin for resolution or refund.

Contacted the seller and made arrangements for purchase. Seller claims she had some medical emergencies and didn't hear back from them for weeks. She ended up canceling the order. Had to get my money back from the admin. Don't waste your time with this girl
