Sad to be writing this. But I made an order with this seller over a year ago. Have been contact with him multiple times. Twice has said that he has sent me the stuff and nothing ever came. Unfortunately I’ve had a pretty rough ordering experience with this seller. I ordered and paid for a custom video over 7 months ago. Things started out great - he was fun to chat with and seemed genuinely interested in learning more about my ideas for the custom. Then he started ghosting me for weeks at a time and not returning my messages. When he does reach out, he either gives me the same excuses over and over or claims that he actually did send the video. I understand that he has a lot going on in his personal life, so I feel bad leaving a negative review. If he can make this right (refund or send the video finally), I’ll happily delete this and write a new review.
